Getting Started

Creating a Vendor Account

New vendors must create an Elysium Expos Vendor Account at ElysiumExpos.com and provide a long-form narrative description of the products or services they intend to offer at the expo prior to being issued a contract. This prescreening process ensures that new vendors provide legitimate, high-quality, and meaningful services and products, and helps maintain a balanced show based on available slots for various service and product types.

For simplicity, your login information will be the phone number used for signup.

Existing Account?

Even if you have an existing account, you must register for each show to submit your application.

Curatorial Direction

As the show's leadership has grown in faith and in our broader vision for holistic wellness, we are gradually rebalancing the vendor mix toward a wider range of healing, wellness, and educational modalities — including bodywork, herbalism, sound healing, nutritional counseling, fitness and movement, devotional arts, and spiritual education.

Effective beginning with the current show, applications for divination-based services — tarot reading, mediumship, psychic readings, palm readings, crystal ball readings, astrology, and similar offerings — will be accepted in reduced numbers, with the available slots decreasing further in each subsequent expo.

What This Means for You

If you offer reader services and would like to vend with us, we encourage you to apply early — slots fill quickly and availability tightens season over season.

A $100 Reader Surcharge applies to any booth offering divination-based services, in addition to the standard booth fee. This surcharge supports our broader programming and the curatorial work involved in maintaining a balanced show.

We remain deeply grateful for the relationships we've built with reader-vendors over the years and we honor the trust they have placed in our show. This direction is not a judgment of any practitioner — it is an evolution of our show's identity, made carefully and with respect for everyone in our community.

Credit Card Dispute Policy

By submitting this contract, Vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback constitutes an immediate and automatic release of the Host from any and all obligations to provide booth space or services to the Vendor. The Host shall have no duty to accommodate, host, or provide any services to any Vendor who initiates such a dispute.

In the event a credit card company or financial institution renders a decision in favor of the Vendor/cardholder, the Vendor expressly acknowledges that:

  • This contract survives any such determination and remains fully enforceable;
  • The Host was willing and able to perform all duties under this contract;
  • The full contracted amount, plus any applicable fees, interest, and collection costs, shall be immediately due and payable;
  • The Host shall pursue enforcement of this contract in a court of competent jurisdiction for the full amount owed.

The Vendor waives any defense based upon the credit card company's decision and agrees that such decision has no bearing on the validity or enforceability of this contract.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not assignable to other booths.
  • Amounts paid in excess of the deposit may be transferred to the next expo if a written request is postmarked no later than one month before the show (postmark by August 27, 2026).
  • For each day past one month prior to the show, 5% of the amount exceeding the deposit will be forfeited, until the 10th day thereafter (September 6, 2026), at which point all funds are forfeited.
