First time joining us? You're in for something special. Below is everything you need to plan a smooth, joyful day at the expo. Tap any question to expand the answer.

The Basics

Our Spring 2026 expo runs Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM both days.

We're held at Agri-Plex Hall, Allentown Fairgrounds, 302 N. 17th Street, Allentown, PA 18104.

Most guests spend two to four hours exploring. With 180+ vendors, free lectures, and a vibrant atmosphere, it's easy to make a half-day or full-day of it. If you'd like to attend both days, you'll need a ticket for each.

Most vendors accept credit cards, but we recommend bringing a bit of cash for smaller purchases or readings. If you're a veteran, bring your ID for the discounted ticket. Otherwise — just bring an open heart.

Tickets & Pricing

  • General Admission: $10 (cash) / $15 (credit card)
  • Veterans with valid ID: $5 (cash) / $10 (credit card)
  • Children under 10: FREE

Yes! Tickets are available at the door. Online pre-purchase lets you skip the line, which is especially helpful on Saturday morning when we're busiest.

Each ticket is valid for one day. Many guests come back for the second day to catch lectures or vendors they missed — purchase a ticket for each day you'd like to attend.

What to Expect

The expo features 180+ carefully juried vendors across many modalities, including:

  • Crystals, minerals, and gemstones
  • Intuitive readers — tarot, palm, psychic, mediumship, astrology
  • Energy healing — Reiki, sound baths, shiatsu, reflexology
  • Aromatherapy, essential oils, and herbal products
  • Spiritual jewelry and handcrafted artisan pieces
  • Holistic wellness products and organic foods
  • New Age books and gifts

Yes — all of our lectures and workshops are free with admission. Topics rotate each show and are taught by experienced practitioners. A schedule is posted at the front desk on event days, and we share highlights on Facebook in the week leading up to the show.

Per Pennsylvania law (18 Pa.C.S. § 7104), all tarot, palm, psychic, mediumship, and similar divination services offered at the expo are provided for entertainment purposes only. Each reader displays this disclaimer prominently at their booth.

Visiting & Logistics

Yes, ample free parking is available at the Allentown Fairgrounds. We ask that you avoid the loading areas near Agri-Plex Hall — those are reserved for vendor setup.

Yes. Agri-Plex Hall is fully accessible, with a flat single-floor layout, accessible parking, and accessible restrooms. If you have specific access needs, feel free to reach out before the show and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Service animals are welcome.

Some of our vendors offer organic snacks, teas, chocolates, and consumable goods. The Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market is also nearby for a wider selection. Plenty of restaurants are within a short drive if you'd like to step out.

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas — never inside the hall.

Welcome, friend. Whether you're a returning vendor or considering us for the first time, the answers below cover the application process, payment, setup, policies, and the few legal items we're required to share. Tap any question to expand the answer.

Getting Started

Create an Elysium Expos Vendor Account at ElysiumExpos.com and submit a long-form description of the products or services you'd like to offer. Your phone number serves as your login.

New vendor applications go through a brief prescreening process. This helps us keep the show curated, balanced across categories, and high-quality for everyone.

Yes. Even with an existing account, you must submit a fresh application for each show. This lets us confirm your offerings and assign your booth based on the current floor plan.

Absolutely. Contact our Vendor Coordinator Alexa Pepe at (484) 264-2332 or email Alexa@Dartboard.Systems. We're glad to walk you through the process.

Payment Terms

We accept check or money order (mailed) and credit/debit card via the online portal. Venmo isn't accepted directly, but you can use a Venmo-linked debit/credit card through the online payment system.

Tip: Mailing a check or money order avoids the 5% Internet Service Recovery Fee. Mail to: Spiritual Holistic Expo, PO BOX 200, Limeport, PA 18060.

A minimum of 50% of your total booth fee (in no case less than $167.50) is due within 30 days of registration, or before the final payment date, whichever comes first.

Your booth is not secured until your deposit is received, and contracts submitted without payment will not be processed.

For the Spring 2026 show, the full balance is due by May 1, 2026. As a general rule, final payment is due by the first day of the month of the show.

Heads up: Late payments are subject to a mandatory $50.00 late fee and may result in forfeiture of booth placement.

The 5% Internet Service Recovery Fee covers what our processor and bank charge us per transaction. It's not a profit center — we're simply passing the actual cost along. Mailing a check or money order avoids it entirely.

Setup & Teardown

Friday (day before): Doors open at 12:00 PM (please don't arrive earlier). Setup ends at 5:00 PM sharp — Ag Hall security will require vendors to leave at this time.

Saturday (day of show): Doors open at 7:00 AM for vendor setup. Booths must be ready for inspection by 9:15 AM. The Show Director inspects for visual appeal and fire code compliance (including proper electrical use — no daisy-chained outlets).

Yes — extended Friday setup is available at $25.00 per hour, billed to the full hour. This fee is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Booth cleanup begins at 6:00 PM on Sunday — not before. Vendors must remain open for business until then so the show maintains a professional appearance for everyone. We'll collect pipes, drapes, provided tables, and chairs.

Vendors who break down early without express written permission from the Show Director may compromise their eligibility for future shows.

Once you're set up, please move your vehicle toward the Farmers Market area before the show opens. This keeps the closer parking available for our paying patrons.

Booth Policies

At least one person must be present at your booth at all times. For brief breaks (10–15 minutes) when you don't have a partner, ask the front desk — a volunteer may be able to cover for you.

Booth sharing is not permitted without prior written consent from the Show Director and payment of the booth-splitting fee. Reach out before the show if this is something you'd like to explore.

Food sales require both written permission from the Show Director and appropriate health licensing. Reach out early so we can verify and approve.

No. Per fire code, no open flames, smudging, incense, or lit candles are permitted inside the venue. Battery-operated alternatives are welcome.

Out of fairness to other vendors, you must sell only the products and services listed in your vendor contract. We reserve the right to prohibit unlisted items at the show. If your offerings change before the show, let us know and we'll update your profile.

Pennsylvania Compliance: Divination Services

Pennsylvania law (18 Pa.C.S. § 7104, "Fortune Telling") makes it a third-degree misdemeanor to predict the future for compensation unless it is clearly provided as amusement or entertainment. The law was actively enforced as recently as October 2023 in Hanover, PA.

To stay compliant — and protect both you and the show — every vendor offering tarot, mediumship, palm readings, psychic services, crystal ball readings, astrology, or similar divination must prominently display this disclaimer:

"SERVICES OFFERED ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY"

Failure to display the disclaimer is a breach of contract and may result in immediate removal from the expo without refund, as well as potential criminal exposure under PA law. We'll happily provide signage at the front desk if you forget yours — just ask.

Cancellations & Disputes

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not assignable to other booths.

Amounts paid above the deposit may be transferred to the next expo if you submit a written request postmarked at least one month before the show. After that one-month mark, 5% of the excess is forfeited per day until the 10th day, when all funds are forfeited.

Initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback constitutes an automatic release of the Host from any obligation to provide booth space or services. Even if the credit card company decides in your favor, the contract remains fully enforceable, and the full contracted amount plus any fees, interest, and collection costs becomes immediately due.

If something has gone wrong, please call us first — we'd much rather work it out directly than involve the card company.

The contract is governed by Pennsylvania law. Any legal action arising from your agreement would be heard at Magisterial District Court 31-1-03 or the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, depending on the matter.

Lectures & Workshops

Yes, please! We love offering high-quality workshops to our visitors at no cost. If you have an idea — whether it's reiki, meditation, sound healing, journaling, breathwork, or anything else — email the Show Director and we'll be happy to place you as appropriate in the schedule.
